Reconstruction of the existing building involved increasing the height of the 1st floor, lowering the floor level of the basement and a new layout of both floors, as well as giving the facades a modern look.

The complex of design works included the development of the reconstruction concept, new facade design, functional zoning: the project provides for the placement of retail space on the ground and basement floors.

The complex of design works included the development of the lower and upper stations, a new cable car (together with the French manufacturer ROMA) with a comprehensive reconstruction of the Kok-Tobe park.

The project of reconstruction of the fountain in front of Aq Orda embodies the symbols of Kazakhstan - running horses and shining sun. The viewing platform with waterfalls and fountain cascades, like the wings of a free bird soaring in the peaceful sky, becomes its heart.

The fountain complex blends harmoniously into the city landscape, and flowerbeds in the daytime and bright illumination at night create a delightful sight, completing the image of the majestic composition.

The project is a multifunctional retail facility combining retail space, parking lots and service areas.

The single-storey building consists of a main two-light volume and lower height annexes. The architectural concept, functional zoning, traffic flow diagram, engineering systems and infrastructure have been developed as part of the design.
